Assalamualaikum.
Dah habis raya, baru nak buka cerita ni dekat blog. Yes! Disebabkan open house, doktor diagnose I had a Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). For those who unfamiliar with this name, let's just call it GASTRIC. Yes, I have a gastric since last year, 2021.
Minggu ke-2 Syawal, I memenuhi jemputan open house. Masa tu, dalam masa dua hari I pergi 4 buah rumah dan kedua-dua hari tu ada hidangan nasi lemak. I punya style pulak, memang after Ramadhan, I tak boleh nak makan banyak sangat sebab dah biasa berpuasa. Adat la tuan rumah bila ada tetamu datang, dia nak tetamu tu makan semua juadah yang dihidangkan. Thus, on both days, I makan nasi lemak.

Malam hari ke-2 I pergi open house, tetiba I ke toilet sampai 2 kali. Memang perut I meragam. I was like, alamak, esok nak kena pergi open house rumah kakak ipar I pulak. Takpela, kita tidur dengan harapan esoknya okay. But, I still tak okay. I makan sikit, I memerut. I syak I dah keracunan makanan tapi impossible la because husband I okay je, takde ciri birit. So, cancel la pergi open house rumah kakak ipar I.. Huhu.
Later that night, I menapak la di Poliklinik UKM, Eco Majestic. Pergi klinik lambat sebab I degil tak nak pergi sampai la suami I paksa pergi. Teehe. I suka pergi klinik ni sebab Doktor Vijay is such a nice guy and he always give explanation of the sickness. So, I cakap la I cirit birit, and I tak sure keracunan makanan sebab husband I okay je since both of us ate the same foods. And Doc asked me, "You ada gastric?" I replied, "Ada doc." Masa tu I wondering takde ke dalam medical record I sebab dia yang diagnose gastric I masa first time I datang situ.
After the check up, I have a weak stomach because of my gastric and that's the reason why I had a diarrhea. That's why la suami I okay je. Of course, the oily and spicy food buat perut I meragam. Terus I terbayangkan nasi lemak yang I makan kat open house. Memang oily gila kuahnya. Maka, I terpaksa la berpantang makan. I okay je nak makan bubur, tapi I tak kenyang. Kikiki.
Bila sakit macam ni, rasa badan ni dah semakin menua. Yela, masa muda-muda, bukan main lagi bedal semua benda. Makan je apa yang selagi boleh dimakan. Nah kau sekali melekat gastric. Huhu. But, tak boleh fikir macam tu. A positive mind will lead to a healthy body. Acewah. Plus, I baru nak masuk 30 series. Live begin at 30 babe!! Hehehe.
Apa pun, if you dah tahu macam mana nak jaga permakanan you, teruskan. It is good for you to start from early. For those who have habit like me, tak suka breakfast dan makan tak ikut masa, just watch what you eat. Padahal, masa tengah menulis ni I tengah makan Maggi. Eh! Wkkk..
